Junction
60 Rally
The Junction 60 rally is NOT a race or a competition. You must NOT place
any bets of any kind in relation to the rally. You must drive safely and
with proper courtesy to all other participants and members of the public.
In particular you must not drive recklessly. The organizer encourages you
to drive safely and with due respect to other participants and members of
the public.
What is it?
It’s a modern day version of the infamous 1981 road trip movie Cannonball
Run. Each year the route will change but the basic concept of the rally
stays the same: for an unforgettable adventure, where, the only obligatory
goals are to party, drive and enjoy...
Why should I enter?
To be a part of something amazing! The spirit of the Junction 60 is
something that can't be matched by other rallies, great parties, great
routes, great hotels and great people… Simply put time of your life!

How
old do you have to be to enter?
You must be over (21) years of age on September 1, 2008 in order to
participate in the rally. For various reasons we don't accept anyone under
the age of 21 as a participant in the Rally.
Where does the rally start?
The 2008 Junction 60 Rally will start in Los Angeles, CA Tuesday
October 21st.
What is the route?
The 2008 Junction 60 Rally will be going from Coast to Coast.
As much as we want to say what the exact route will be, there are still some
details we need to complete to meet schedules and time constraints for everyone
involved in the Junction 60 Rally. We can say this, not all roads will be the normal
everyday highways and byways. Some roads will be less traveled along the way! Think
you can hang for roughly 2200 miles?
How do I enter?
If you are interested in entering the rally you should complete the
application form in the entry section or from the below options. As there
are a limited number of places on the rally each year, your application
will then be considered by our Rally Manager. Should you be accepted on the
rally, you will need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your place at the time
of sign up. Remainder of balance due in 20 days from signup. Final signup
day is August 1, 2008, with total entry fees being due that day. All entry
fees need to be paid by no later than September 1, 2008. The entry fee covers
hotel stay in Chandler, AZ, Odessa, TX and Oxford, AL and the pre and post
parties for the rally.
